How do Sin Credits work?
Every confession costs a minimum of 99 Sin Credits (999 for NSFW confessions) — the more you pay, the more visibility it gets in the feed. Posting a Good Deed costs nothing and earns you 9 credits instead. Credits come from a monthly subscription (1 credit = 1¢) or one-time Boosts, and expire one year after they're issued.
Can I get a refund on Sin Credits or a subscription?
All purchases are processed by the App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com or use the "Report a Problem" link in your Apple purchase history — SinTax doesn't process payments or refunds directly.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile → Delete Account in the app. This removes your login and personal account details and signs you out everywhere. Confessions you've already posted stay up under your existing username, since deleting an account doesn't retroactively pull content other users may have already reacted to or tipped — see our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I report a confession?
Tap the flag icon on any confession to report it for review. Reported content is reviewed against our content guidelines, and we may remove confessions or suspend accounts that violate them.
Is SinTax really anonymous?
Confessions are posted under a username, not your real name or email — other users never see your email address. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect and why.
